Job Description
The Opportunity:
-Permanent position in an IHS facility (hospital setting)
-Great sign-on bonus! (1/2 paid before you start, and other 1/2 paid your first paycheck)

-Responsible for designing and operating services and processes that are systematic, aligned, deployed and continuously improved, and is responsible for ensuring that all resources are aligned with the hospital's mission.
-Responsible and accountable for compliance with corporate policies and procedures, applicable local, state and federal regulations, grant/funding conditions and accrediting bodies, including The Joint Commission.
Position Qualifications:
- Minimum Education: Master’s Degree in Nursing required. Must have completed a program of education from an NLN approved institution. Experience maybe substituted for education at the discretion of the Vice President of Health Services.
- Minimum Experience: Must have at least four (4) years of management experience and five (5) years clinical experience. Two (2) of these years must have been in a hospital setting. Chief Nurse experience desired.
