Job Description

NURSE EXECUTIVE/CCO LOCATION: Philadelphia, PA area SALARY RANGE: $140,000 -$160,000 Summary: The NURSE EXECUTIVE/ (CCO) is the senior nurse executive for the hospital leadership team. The CCO is responsible for maintaining hospital standards in nursing care in accordance with all regulatory requirements and JCAHO standards. QUALIFICATIONS: BSN Required Master’s Degree preferred (MSN, MHA, MBA) Must have at least 5 years of hospital management experience AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES • Responsible for the recruitment and training of nursing personnel. • Responsible for budgeting controls in the Nursing Department, including fiscal planning. • Leading the Nurse Council and working with the Governing Board of the hospital
