Clinical Manager (RN) – Behavioral Health – Coatesville, PA

* 5+ years’ experience preferred
* Clinical experience preferred. Charge nurse experience preferred.
* Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
* Responsible for directing, coordinating all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices.
* Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.
* Also responsible for assisting the Unit Director with operations and management duties as assigned.
* Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in good standing for the state of Pennsylvania required.
* BSN required. AHA BLS required.
* Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) training required upon completion of New Hire Orientation.
