Our entire team of skilled providers is sensitive to both physical and emotional needs of the patient.

We are seeking a qualified and available Hospice Clinical Director Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing and successful team.

For the Hospice Clinical Director Registered Nurse (RN) we offer the following compensation package:

• $110,000-$130,000 + Annual Salary (Depending on Experience)
• Quarterly Performance Incentive Metric + Bonus Opportunities
• $10,000 Sign on Bonus!
• Mileage Reimbursement - $0.43 per Mile
• Health, Dental, and Vision insurances - Offered After 90 of Employment
• 19 Days of PTO - Accrued Starts 1st Day of Employment - Available for Use at 90 days
• Paid Federal Holidays - 6 Days
• 401K Retirement Package With 3% Match - Available After 30 Days

Responsibilities:

• Monday through Friday - 8 AM to 5 PM
• Minimal Call Coverage – By Phone Only

Requirements

• Registered Nurse in the State of California
• 1 + Years’ Experience in a Hospice Leadership, Supervisory, or Director Level Role
• 2 + Years’ Experience as a Hospice Nurse
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing - Required
• Master’s Degree in Nursing – Preferred
• Active and Valid Driver’s License and Car Insurance
• BLS Certification
• Strong Interpersonal, Oral, and Written Communication Skills
