Job Description
MedCare Staffing is seeking an experienced, bilingual Nurse for an exciting opportunity as the Nursing Director of a Home Health Agency in Miami, Florida.
Details
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Florida Nurse License
- Monday - Friday from 8:00am – 4:00pm (In Office)
Responsibilities
- Supervise all patient care employees
- Employ and evaluate all nursing personnel
- Quality Assurance
- Advises administrators on health services
- Manages data reports
- Assists in annual budget
- Ensures employees receive appropriate training and education
Benefits
- Health, dental, and vision insurance as well as a supplemental plan for co-pays (employee must contribute a monthly portion, currently it is $25.00 per pay period to be deducted every pay period).
- Coverage starts the month after employee satisfactorily completes 3 months of employment.
- 12 Vacation Days after a full year of employment (with 6 days being available after your first 6 months of employment).
- 9 Sick Days and 3 Personal Days, as accrued.
- Birthday off (when taken within 1 month of birthday).
- All federal holidays off (currently 13 days per year).
- Employee may be eligible to earn an annual performance-based bonus
