RN Supervisor – Operating Room | Full-Time Days, No On-Call or Weekends

Exciting opportunity for an experienced OR RN to step into a leadership role overseeing daily surgical operations. This full-time RN Supervisor position offers the chance to guide a perioperative team, implement education programs, and ensure safe, high-quality patient care in a supportive environment.

Shift Details
Full-time, days: 6:00am–2:30pm, Monday–Friday.
No weekends or holidays. No on-call required.

Your Role

• Supervise daily activities of the OR unit, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care.

• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and workflow while prioritizing patient and staff needs.

• Facilitate education programs, in-services, and competency training for perioperative staff.

• Coach and mentor staff, provide immediate feedback, and support ongoing performance management.

• Collaborate with Manager/Director to resolve unit issues and improve operations.
