Nurse Manager of Intensive Care Unit, Southeast Nevada

Acute hospital of 300 beds seeks an Nurse Manager to oversee their 40 bed ICU unit. Role reports to a dynamic Director of Critical Care Services and is accountable for the a strong and solid ICU team. Role requires the ability to create improvements in quality metrics, employee engagement and retention. Excellent role for a manager that can think on their feet and has a mentor approach. This is an ideal role for someone seeking to lead a solid and seasoned staff and bring their experience of working within the ICU to a new team. Ideal candidate understands metrics, leadership and hands on approach with a focus on patient safety / quality care.

Role requires a Registered Nurse with a Bachelors of Nursing degree with good management style of engagement. Solid clinical nursing skills in intensive care/ critical care. Nevada RN required upon start date. Ideal candidate has a hands on approach in leadership.

Salary up to 130K, excellent relocation package which includes house hunting trip and temp housing. Excellent medical benefits, excellent management PTO and 401(k). .
