Job Description
MedStaff Nationwide is assisting a health care facility on Cape Cod in their search for a Director of Nursing! This facility provides behavioral health and addiction treatment to patients and families in the Cape Cod, MA and surrounding area. There are multiple locations throughout Massachusetts including both inpatient and outpatient treatment centers. You would be joining an amazing staff of RNs, LPNs, Therapists, Case Managers, Physicians, and Nurse Practitioners!
This practice is looking to add a full-time Director of Nursing to their growing staff.
Job Duties/Functions:
- Supervisory responsibilities
- Prepare/maintain work schedules
- Hire/evaluate/terminate nursing and support staff
- Budget development, report preparation, planning improvement, etc.
