Job Description
We are seeking an experienced candidate in long term care, healthcare administration or nursing homes with a Bachelor's degree, a team player and experienced manager. We offer a generous benefits package that includes health insurance, dental, vision, and 401k, yearly salary starting at $80K-$110K dependent on experience and credentials, great vacation package.
To qualify you must have experience in long term care, healthcare administration or nursing homes with a Bachelor's Degree
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing all aspects of nursing home including, but not limited to, budget and financial planning; nursing, rehabilitation, social and food services; and housekeeping, buildings, equipment and grounds.
- Working collaboratively with the Board of Trustees
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have experience in long term care, healthcare administration or nursing homes with a Bachelor's Degree
- Strong leadership skills and a sense of humor
- Managerial and/or supervisory experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Previous experience in a health-care field preferred
