A hospital outside of Boston, MA is seeking an experienced Med Surg Nurse Manager to oversee nursing operations, staff development, and patient care.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily Med Surg nursing operations and staffing.

Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff.

Ensure quality patient care, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Coordinate scheduling, patient flow, and clinical workflows.

Lead quality improvement initiatives and collaborate with hospital leadership.
Qualifications
-
BSN required.
-
Active Massachusetts RN license, BLS, and ACLS required.
-
Minimum 3 years of acute care Med Surg RN experience.
-
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
-
Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
-
Specialty nursing certifications preferred.
