Job Description
Join a top performing quality hospital in FL. This 250+ bed hospital is looking for a Nurse Manager for the Surgical Services department. They are also the only acute care hospital in their area that offers an open heart surgery as well as an advanced primary stroke center that is accredited by the Joint Commission.
The surgical services manager is a liaison between the department, patients and director regarding patient care, budgetary projections and quality improvement initiatives.
This manager will oversee 45 direct reports.
