Job Description
Overview
Our Regional Care Manager, in collaboration with the Regional Medical Directors and The Company site leadership, is responsible for the utilization management, analysis, and support of off-site medical care.
Qualifications
Education:
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
Experience:
- Three (3) or more years of hands-on clinical experience
- Previous utilization review and/or case management experience
- Knowledge of evidence based guidelines tools (Milliman, InterQual)
- Computer proficiency with specific skills in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
Licenses/Certifications:
- Current nursing license
Responsibilities
- Clinical reviews of all off-site urgent, emergent, and acute care
- Clinical review data entry into the ERMA system
- Care coordination across the health care continuum
- Surveillance of ERMA system entry by The Company site personnel for timeliness and accuracy
- Workflow and ERMA entry training and feedback support of The Company site personnel
