Qualified candidates must have their BSN and a Master's degree in nursing or relevant area such as health care administration, or business administration (MHA, MBA) ish highly preferred. 4 years in a progressive leadership capacity in Emergency Services and at least two of those years at the department head level or above are strongly preferred.
