Medical Technologist, Laboratory Manager

Laboratory Manager opportunity has opened within one of our acute hospital of under 200 beds. We seek an Clinical Laboratory Manager to oversee our clinical lab during day time hours. Role reports to a dynamic Director of Laboratory Services and department has about 25 FTE’s. Manager oversees department daily operations and supervises while maintaining regulatory requirements. Clinical Laboratory Manager role is ideal for a candidate that enjoys training, directing and coordinating lab resources. Manager is also a mentor to staff and establishes good working relationships with other medical staff.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology / License Medical Technologist with 2 years as a Supervisor or Manager. Must have 5/5 areas (microbiology, clinical chemistry, serology, hematology and immunohematology) clinical lab experience. Eligibility or currently holds Supervisor license a must and ACLS required upon start date.

Compensation up to 85K base plus sign on and relocation assistance. Excellent medical benefits, generous PTO and matching 401(k).
