Job Summary: Busy fast-paced GI provider with clinics located in Utah looking for a Revenue Cycle/Billing Manager (RCM) to support growing and dynamic team.

Job Description:

• The Billing Manager position is responsible to manage and track the productivity of the account team and to ensure that billing and collection activities are timely and accurate.
• The position supports the company’s objective of efficiently and effectively providing management, oversight and assurance that clients’ cash collections, adjustments and accounts receivable balances are accurate and meet client benchmarks and expectations.
• In addition, the Revenue Cycle manager will review daily, weekly and monthly reports, analyze outcomes, identify trends, and ensure timely and proactive communication to clients.

Requirements:

• Certification through a Professional Coding and Auditing Program, such as AAPC (American Academy of Professional Coders): Required
• Minimum of 3 years management experience in a medical billing: Required
• Minimum 5 years in medical practice billing, coding and collections: Required
• Advanced working knowledge of billing operations, including charges, coding, payment, insurance claims and appeals, scheduling, and switchboard: Required
• Advanced and current knowledge of CPT, HCPCS and ICD-10 coding: Required
• Current working knowledge of Fair Collection laws: Required
• NEXT GEN EPM and EHR experience: preferred
