Seeking a Full-Time Permanent Registered Nurse Supervisor for Pediatric CVOR!
Details:
The Pediatric CVOR Registered Nurse Supervisor provides leadership for service staff ensuring the quality and integrity of care delivered. Develops plan of care for service based upon RN assessment/re-assessment. Is responsible for fiscal and human resource allocation based upon guidelines.
Qualifications:
- BSN Required, Master's Preferred
Licensure/Certifications/Registration:
- Current RN License in the State of Texas or compact license
- CNOR
- Current American Heart Association BLS provider
- ACLS and/or PALS
Experience/Skills:
- CVOR Experience required
- Must have expertise in CVOR providing leadership/management skills
- Must have working knowledge of overall operating room service to ad organizational value
- Management experience required and competent in pre-operative practice
- Minimum of two years expterience
- Strong peds/adult experience
- Charge Nurse or Supervisor experience required
Shift:
Monday-Friday 6a-2:30p
