Seeking a Full-Time Permanent Director of Patient Services!

Job Summary:
The Director of Patient Services manages and provides leadership for the clinical services department; develops, implements, and evaluates the department strategic plans and budget; participates as a member of the Senior Management Team. The Director will recruit, hire, and supervise the Health Center managers. Perform other related duties to support operations. Advocate in empowers individuals to make their own reproductive choices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and at least 5 years supervisory and program management experience. Additional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. Coursework in helathcare administration or related field preferred. Prior experience in family planning and reproductive health care management highly desirable.
- Excellent public speaking skills required
- Strong organizational skills required
- Ability to work both independently and as a team member
- Ability to work with diverse groups of people
