Overview
Sign-On Bonus Eligible! $9,000 for RNs with 5+ years of experience, $6,750 for RNs with 1-5 years of experience.
Must be able to work onsite at the Contact Center in Peoria, IL
7:00am-7:30pm schedule (3) 12 hour shifts; rotating holidays and flexibility required for weekend coverage as needed
POSITION SUMMARY: The RN Clinical Digital Health Triage for the Saint Gabriel Digital Health Contact Center provides episodic patient care that includes comprehensive symptom assessment, patient education, preventative care, acute psychosocial support, and timely individualized age and developmentally appropriate clinical recommendations for the patient or caller. Positive outcomes and positive experiences are at the essence of care provided using multiple channels such as telephone and electronic/digital means. The RN demonstrates service excellence and accountability through recognizing the direct relationship between cost-effective and efficient provision of care and services positively impacting OSF HealthCare Key Results. Care is aligned with the Saint Gabriel initiative of creating an always available, digitally enabled remote care platform that provides what is needed so that individuals can navigate their health and wellness journey.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors (BSN) OR have registered for BSN program within 18 months of hire date and complete BSN program within 6 years of hire date.
RN-Registered Nurse License within the State of Illinois.
2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
3 years of related acute or ambulatory clinical experience.
Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record, Microsoft applications, and keyboarding skills, with a minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a wide variety of people.
Critical thinking and excellent communication skills.
Proven ability to work independently and strong decision-making skills.
