Overview
POSITION SUMMARY: Clinical Educator assesses the education, competency, and skill-building needs of OSF HealthCare mission partners and providers to develop and implement innovative, high quality education created in accordance with best practice and in alignment with the strategic goals and clinical initiatives of OSF.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: BSN Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing in appropriate state (Illinois or Michigan) Own transportation and valid drivers license, Current American Heart Association HealthCare Provider BLS is required prior to start date of employment. Instructor of CPR or in process of obtaining instructor certification within the first 90 days of employment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: MSN Clinical nursing experience of at least 5 years in clinical hospital environment. Experience in education of at least 2 years Electronic Medical Record and Microsoft application basic proficiency
