Job Description
We are
searching for a Registered Nurse with a minimum of five years nursing
experience, including supervisory and management experience to be The Chief
Clinical Officer (C.C.O.). The CCO is responsible for the clinical services
delivered to patients. The CCO develops and implements a plan to assure a
collaborative transdisciplinary environment and uniform performance of the
patient care process by all disciplines for the adult and geriatric patients.
Functions within established operational and budgetary guidelines and in
accordance with all applicable regulations. The CCO directs the implementation
of the Hospital’s philosophy, goals, and
standards. Is responsible for all hospital activities In the absence of the
Administrator/CEO. The Chief Clinical Officer is actively involved in
department activities, transdisciplinary team activities, to ensure
individualized, patient-centered health care for all patient populations
admitted to the hospital.
Experience: Minimum of five years nursing experience, including
supervisory and management experience.
Education:
1. BSN Required.
2. Masters in Nursing or related field required or written plan of action to obtain preferred.
Licensure/Certification: Must be currently licensed as an RN in state where currently practicing.
