Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited nursing school within the past 6 months- BSN preferred

Applicants may apply and be offered position prior to passing NCLEX exam

Previous nursing support or service industry experience preferred

Self-motivated and strong communication skills required

Type of culture (management style) of director or on the floor: All managers are very supportive of new grad RN’s growth and development. Many new grads gain specialty certifications, become preceptors, mentors, charge nurses, and/or grow into other specialties/service lines, depending on what the candidates’ goals are. The facility has career pathways in place to help them move and grow within their career. Our units are very welcoming to new grads and are very team oriented and tight-knit. Although we are a large organization and facility, we still encompass a community and family like culture and environment.

Compensation Details (Salary, Sign-on, Relo Asst. Shift diff, benefits, etc.): optional $15k sign-on bonus. The sign on is optional, as it comes with a 3-year commitment.

- For a 3-year commitment, we pay $7,500 after Starn orientation, $5k at the end of year 1 (if they choose to sign on for another year), & $2500 at the end of year 2 (if they choose to sign on for another year).

- If the new grad provides proof of a contractual agreement to an employer/school, then we will offer the $15k up front with 3 year commitment.

- Referral Bonus – Referring StaRN learner will receive $1k referral bonus for every friend they refer that gets hired. The referral bonus will payout upon transfer to facility payroll.

Mid-Range and Max for Perm: $24.82 starting pay

StaRN cohorts being offered 7/6, 7/12, 8/9, 8/16, & 9/13

The deadline to enroll is 3 weeks prior to each cohort start date as it takes ~3 weeks to onboard an external hire
