Summary:
The Manager of Acute Care Services will be responsible for the organization and leadership of Medical/Surgical, Pediatrics, Telemetry, Critical Care, Hemodialysis and Respiratory Therapy services.
Responsibilities:
This position will develop standards of care/practice, develop and manage budgets, review and develop processes to improve quality and cost-effectiveness, collaborate with physicians, provide associate coaching/staff development and perform in clinical role as needed.
Qualifications:
RN license in Ohio required.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required. Master's preferred.
7 years nursing experience.
5 years of Nursing Management experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Leadership, project management, and personnel management skills
Knowledge of regulatory agencies, such as The Joint Commission, OSHA and ODH
Additional Info:
Position reports to the Director and then to Administration.
Person will supervise about 70-80 FTE's.
The hospital offers between 90K-92K depending on experience and a full benefit package.
