Overview:
Admissions Specialist
Full Time
· Mon-Fri 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, or
· Wed 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM and Thurs, Fri, Sat 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, or
· Thur 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM and Fri, Sat, Sun 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

As an Admissions Specialist, you will facilitate the admissions and assessment processes for incoming patients, respond to inquiries about the facility, and schedule/complete pre-admission assessments. You will communicate recommendations to patients and their families while collaborating with other facility medical and psychiatric personnel to ensure appropriate recommendations and admissions.

Top Must Have Skills For This Position:
1. Registered Nurse or Independently Licensed Therapist
2. Arkansas License
3. Minimum one year experience working with individuals in a clinical or observational capacity, preferably within the area of specialty for the hiring facility
4. Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, Social Work, Vocational Rehabilitation, Sociology, Public Administration, or a related field; may also be a registered nurse, in which case, an Associate's degree in nursing is the minimum educational requirement
5. First Aid, CPR, de-escalation and restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility)
