Director of Critical Care & Cardiovascular Services, Nevada
Excellent opportunity for a seasoned nursing professional to join a fantastic national organization with the reputation of excellence in patient care and safety. We are an acute hospital under 300 beds and seek a Director of our Critical Care Services overseeing our 34 bed Critical Care department. Unit consist of ICU and CVICU and the remote telemetry monitoring station and staff. Solid tenured staff makes this unit full of positive energy and excellent HCAHPS scores! This is an excellent opportunity for a Director seeking growth opportunity. Our medical staff is supportive and we work as a team to ensure the delivery of quality care and patient satisfaction. Role reports to a dynamic Chief Nursing Officer and ideal candidate has passion for mentoring both seasoned and new grads staff. This role calls for a nursing leader that works to be visible to her staff and is a mentor with a welcoming personality. Candidate must have familiarity with Cardiovascular Critical Care and working with metrics for SPS ratings.
Requires a Bachelor’s in Nursing degree (BSN) with management experience. Cardiovascular Surgery and SPS metric knowledge & good communication skills a must. Nevada RN license required on start date.
