COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Registered Nurse (RN)

• Up to $25,000 per year in loan assistance from NHSC, Alaska Sharp, IHS with 2-year agreement
• $5,000 - $7,500 sign on bonus and 6-7% ($5,065 - $6,500) annual retention bonus
• $10,000 - $12,500 relocation assistance paid before you move plus 30 days of free housing
• 23 days of PTO, 10 days of continuing education, and 10 paid holidays
• 6% no-match, annual pension and up to 2% employer match retirement plans

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Registered Nurse (RN)

• Care for female patients during pregnancy, labor, and child birth
• 7 on 7 off day or night shift available

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Registered Nurse (RN)

• Open to new grads - training offered
• Experience and desire to live in a cold climate is preferred

COMMUNITY Registered Nurse (RN)

• City only accessible by plane or boat - direct flights from Anchorage, AK
• Recreational activities include hunting, fishing, kayaking, four-wheeling, and more
• City amenities include family-owned restaurants, cab service, work out facility, movie theater
• There are no large trees or mountains - this is Alaskan Tundra
