Job Description
Registered Nurse opportunity conducting assessments, nursing analysis, planning, nursing intervention and evaluation in the promotion and maintenance of patients' health. The RN must supervise and delegate appropriate functions, evaluate and ensure the patients' medical plan of care is carried out. The RN must work independently with minimum supervision
Competencies:
- Collect comprehensive data pertinent to patients' health
- Analyzes the assessment date to determine diagnosis or issues
- Identifies expected outcomes for a plan individualized for the patient
- Develop plans of care
- Implements strategies to promote health and a safe environment
Requirements:
- Current Montana Registered Nurse License
- 1 year of NICU or Labor/Delivery Nursing experience
- NRP Certification within 6 months of hire
- BLS
