Job Description

Staff Registered Nurse needed for a busy Progressive Care Unit- PCU

Progressive medical care unit caring for the adult population.

We see a variety of diagnoses including COPD, cardiac conditions, infections, diabetes, renal failure, complex wounds etc.

Care for patients who require peritoneal dialysis, and possibly float to other units in the hospital to support patients with those needs as well.
Patients are complex and their care requires a team approach, often with multiple medical consults and supportive therapies. Busy environment with a high degree of unpredictability, a good fit for you if you are flexible and open to learning daily.

Requirements

Must be licensed or eligible as a Registered Nurse in Virginia
Prefer a minimum of 1 year of experience
BLS
ACLS
