Job Description
The Opportunity
-Work with individuals and their families soon after the onset of a disabling injury or chronic illness
-Help patients achieve their greatest potential, adapt to their disabilities and work toward productive, independent lives
-Most common diagnoses include stroke, MI, pneumonia, multi-trauma, fractures, spinal cord injuries, and traumatic brain injuries
-Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, providing ongoing patient/caregiver education
-ASN or BSN required from accredited nursing school
-Sign on and relocation provided for qualified candidates
