$60,000 - $65,000 Starting Annual Salary, based on experience

Job Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse RN Case Manager will be responsible for managing clinical workflow to include start-of-care reports, physician order review, and documentation quality review.

Responsibilities for the Case Manager include but are not limited to:


Completing assessments to determine nursing needs
Developing a plan-of-care
Administering Medications
Counseling the patient and family in meeting nursing-related needs

Specific qualifications for the Registered Nurse RN Case Manager role include:


Must be a Registered Nurse licensed by the state of Florida
Must have a degree from an accredited school of Nursing
Must have one-year of experience as a Registered Nurse
Home Health experience as a Registered Nurse required
Bilingual in Spanish-Preferred
