Registered Nurse (RN) - Case Manager Job Qualifications:

• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• RN Licensure: active, current, unrestricted. Any US state honored.
• Certified Case Manager (CCM) Certification
• 5 years of case management experience
• 3 years clinical experience
• Current state driver's license
