A well established Hospice Facility in Columbia, SC, is actively seeking an RN Case Manager to join the team.

This position offers:

Position details:
  • Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
  • Manage social workers, chaplains, and CNAs for each patient. Attend IDG meetings weekly.
