A well established home care agency in Milwaukie, OR is actively seeking an RN for immediate placement!

- Working with patients in their homes to complete a thorough assessment to determine their medical needs moving forward. Develop individual nursing plans of care to ensure the best care is delivered. Advocate for patients needs and assess the caregivers response.
