Job Description
A home care agency in Phoenix, AZ is currently in need of an RN for immediate placement!
This position offers:
- Competitive compensation
- M-F schedule

- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
- Will be working with patients in their homes to complete a thorough assessment to determine their medical needs going forward. Will develop individual nursing plans of care and advocate for patients needs and assess the caregivers response. Will ensure doctors orders are followed, admissions when required.
