Job Description
Continuum Medical Staffing has an opportunity for a Case Manager RN to work in a well established hospital about an hour from Portland , South West.
Regulatory Requirements:
� Bachelors of Science in Nursing, Master's Degree in Nursing preferred.
� Current State Registered Nurse Licensure.
� Certification in Case Management.
� 3 or more years case management experience..
� 3 or more years acute hospital, home health, hospice, inpatient mental facility experience required (as applicable).
