TITLE: Cath Lab RN(60K +)
LOCATION: Lexington, Kentucky

Are you looking for a career change?

You could live in a county of around 35K in population and besides being real close to Lexington you would be an within an hour and half to two hours of Lousiville and Cincinnati.

Its beautiful Romanesque Revival style architecture was built between 1893 and 1895. The museum also has a unique gift shop and hosts monthly lecture series.

Throughout the year, the county parks and recreation Department and YMCA offer plenty of sports-related activities for people of all ages.
The community has walking trail for the fitness enthusiasts or those who just love to connect with Mother Nature while taking a stroll on the many paths in our landscape.
The geographic location also appeals to newcomers. Not far away is Natural Bridge State Resort Park, with a 54-acre lake in Daniel Boone National forest, fishing, boating, playgrounds, cottages, lodges, and beautiful scenery.
Summary:
Performs all aspects of patient care in an environment that optimizes patient safety and reduces the likelihood of medical/healthcare errors.
Ability to formulate an individualized plan of care, revise plan as indicated by the patient's response to treatment, and evaluation overall plan daily for effectiveness.Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate to care team, provider, patient and family following chain of command as appropriate.
Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
Evaluates learning needs of patient and/or family and provides patient/family education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
Works as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient protecting patient's rights.
Qualifications:
Associates Degree in Nursing is required. Bachelors Degree in Nursing is preferred.
Certifications: BLS, ACLS
License: RN in the state of KY

The hospital is a an 80 bed acute care hospital that is Joint Commission Accredited.
The Cath Lab is the newest service line at the hospital and opened end of last year. Great staff to work with.
Currently, they have 4 holding beds and 1 procedure room. We have 5 RN’s on staff and typically see 2-5 cases a day.
The manager would like someone with critical care experience and has to take on call.
The position is: Shifts are 10 hour shifts 4 days per week and the person will take 12 on call days a month.
The range is $29.20hr-$43.80hr and depends on experience. They have an excellent benefit package and will offer some relocation/sign on bonus.
