(Archived) Cath Lab Engineer

Job Description

Performs corrective and preventive maintenance, calibration, electrical, mechanical and radiation safety inspections and equipment acceptance testing on Cath Lab imaging equipment. Provides a leadership role and serves as a backup during manager’s absence. Serves as a positive role model for junior positions at all times.
Diagnoses problems on Cath Lab equipment and repairs or establishes a service plan.

  • Formal Vocational Imaging Schools
  • OEM Product Training
  • Associate’s Degree in Electronics or equivalent

  • Advanced Electronics training
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics
  • CRES Certified
Requirements:
  • Candidate resumes MUST have month and year of start and end dates for each position they have held.
  • Must have a VALID drivers’ license with no violations (7-10 years).
  • Must pass criminal background check (7-10 years) and drug screening.
  • This is a smoke/nicotine free employer. Can you abide by the employer’s policy? Yes or No; Also, have you ever been disciplined at previous jobs for violating company smoking policies? Yes or No. If yes, when (dates and outcome).
  • Candidate must have access to web cam for face-to-face interview.
  • Candidates MUST provide a list of all equipment training – complete with month/year of training, OEM or school attended, dates attended and completion date. (Certificates not required)
  • Must provide 3-4 professional references.
