Job Description
The Judge Group is seeking caring and compassionate RN's to join a excellent team-based patient care group in a supportive environment that fosters teamwork, integrity, respect and empowerment. They are looking for nurses that want to discover professional success and growth.
The general purpose of the RN position is to administer quality nursing care to residents, assess residents’ health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. A RN also assists in the direction and supervision of other nursing personnel and helps promotes a positive physical and psychosocial environment amongst residents and staff.
This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary and benefits including medical, dental, disability plan, 401K, and 6 WEEKS of paid time off each year!
Facility operates 24/7 and offers the following shifts:
- 7am to 3pm
- 3pm to 11pm
- 11pm to 7am
Qualified candidates will have:
- EDUCATION: Associate’s Degree is necessary. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- CERTIFICATION: Current RN license is required. Employee must be in good standing with the state. Possession of a current Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers CPR certificate is required.
- EXPERIENCE: Sufficient education in order to perform daily tasks with an understanding of the duties involved. Experience as a Charge Nurse or supervisory experience is preferred.
