Job Description
JOB TITLE (#2093): Registered Nurse - Liverpool, NY
Seeking a Registered Nurse that will need to accompany one student in the classroom and on the school bus. This contract begins on July 5th, 2022, and ends on August 12th, 2022.
Compensation and Benefits for the Registered Nurse:
- The salary for this position is competitive and negotiable
- Must have an active State License
- Must have at least 1-year experience
Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse:
- Arrive at the student's home and accompany the student to and from school
- Must remain with the student on the school bus and in the classroom during the school day
- Must confirm all medications and physician orders are with the student before departing the student’s premises and/or school.
- Must respond appropriately to any medical situation or emergency
- Must report any medical situation, incident and/or emergency to the school nurse and parent/guardian
- The Registered Nurse is prohibited from engaging in any activity that can be construed as a conflict of interest
