DirectShifts is Seeking an RN Clinical Supervisor to Work in West Covina, CA .This is a Full Time position. My client is very motivated to speak with all interested candidates.

Requirements :

• Current, active RN License in the State of California by the Board of Registered Nursing.
• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in nursing or other health-related field with three years of experience within the last five years in a hospice or home care agency, primary care clinic or health facility.
• Prior supervisory or administrative experience in hospice or home care.
• Knowledge and expertise in clinical decision-making for the patient population of the hospice agency to meet the needs of his or her patients, and to contribute to Quality Management review and evaluation.
• Knowledge of regulatory agency requirements.
