- 25-Bed Critical Access Facility with a 50-bed SNF
- Opportunity to work directly with CNO and CEO to develop strategies and lead the nursing staff
- Oversee up to 10 direct reports and Patient-Census of 40

- Providers with previous SNF / Leadership level experience welcome to apply
