Job Description
Growing home health agency looking to bring in a Clinic Manager to oversee 15-20 FTE's.
The manager provides oversight to both the operational and clinical division of the home health agency. You will be overseeing all nursing staff, rehab staff (PT, OT, SLP) and contractors.
Additional information and duties:
- Monday-Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm
- HR duties required as well - hiring new employees, payroll, PTO approval, etc.
- Managing the budget
- Overseeing day-to-day workflow
- Occasional travel for meetings and seminars
This area of PA is very affordable, with fantastic options for school districts and much to do from historic attractions to college sports from any of the 30 schools within a 50 mile radius. Regardless of your interests, there will be plenty of opportunities to dive into them as well as a plethora of people all ages who will share those interests.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience as a RN (preferably home health or LTC) as well as at least one year of supervisory or leadership experience. Candidates must also have a valid drivers license and a vehicle in good condition.
