We are seeking a qualified Director of Nursing RN for an immediate opening. Our Client believes that in order to run a successful and happy business, we must work together as a team. $80,000+ Starting Annual Salary, based on experience

Job Responsibilities and Requirements

The responsibility of the Director of Nursing RN is to plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of our Nursing Service Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern our facility. The Director of Nursing RN may be directed by the Administrator and the Medical Director, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times

Additional responsibilities for the Director of Nursing RN include:


Serves as the Supervising Nurse of the hospice department and assesses appropriate staff supervision during all service hours
2 years of Hospice Experience-Required
1 year of leadership experience in a Home Health or Hospice Setting-Required
Registered Nurse in the State of Texas-Required
