Description
Responsible for the oversight and coordination of the Maternal/Neonatal levels of care designation process. The program manager provides leadership and direction to members of the perinatal team with an emphasis on state guidelines, performance improvement, and outcomes management. Works closely with the Medical Director and the Perinatal/Neonatal leadership to develop processes and practices to increase compliance with defined patient care outcomes for the maternal/neonatal patient.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
- Experience with computer based tools such as E-mail (Outlook), Excel, Word, Access
- Minimum 3 years in Perinatal Nursing
- Valid Texas RN license
