Full-time Emergency Room Director needed at a top facility in Pennsylvania!

Excellent Leadership position at a fantastic hospital located in Northern PA. 2 hr drive to Philadelphia or New York City. Mid-size facility. BSN required. 3-5 Years of Critical Care Management or Leadership Experience as an RN required.

Shift: Day shift with some flex for meetings
Patients of the Emergency Department receive nursing care based on their acuity. Patients can receive cardiac monitoring, interpretation, and intermittent 12-lead EKG monitoring, I.V. antiarrhythmic, anticoagulants, vasoactive agents, and continuous pulse oximetry are among some of the various procedures performed. Patients may also receive mechanical ventilation, chest tube placement, transfusion of blood and blood products, defibrillation, pain management and procedural sedation. Psychiatric patients are accepted for medical clearance, seen by a mental health delegate, and if necessary, they are then transferred to the appropriate psychiatric institution for inpatient care.
No floating requirements.
