Job Description
Title: Manager of Surgical Services
Schedule: Full Time Days (No weekends)
ICENSE/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- BLS, Current CA RN License
- CNOR, ACLS
Education:
- BSN IS REQUIRED
- Graduate of accredited Nursing program.
Experience:
Minimum: At least 5 years’ experience in the Operating Room and experience with PACU, Endoscopy and Pre-Op
Required: 2-5 years managerial or supervisory experience.
(RECENT ACUTE CARE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED)
Skills from other units that they feel will prepare the candidate for their unit: Background in OR flow and process improvement. Understanding of OR business models and supply management. Regulatory knowledge of the Perioperative environment, managing people, union environments
alary : up to $201,988.80 annual
Fee: $16,000
