Job Description
I'm hiring for a RN ICU Stepdown in Florida! There is potential for sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.
The RN ICU Stepdown will collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health or situation; advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team; use clinical judgment to manage delivery of patient care safely and effectively; monitor critical vital signs enabling intervention of life threatening situations; and educate patients regarding their medications, procedure and treatments, providing patients and their families with support throughout their stay.
Location: Near Longwood, FL
Type: Full-time and permanent
Shift: Days or Nights
Requirements: College degree; FL RN license; BLS cert; at least 1 year prior experience
Pay: $31-$46/hr
