Description

RN is responsible for providing direct patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating and documenting individual patient needs, actions taken and patient responses. RN will coordinate patients care through the collaboration with the patient/family and healthcare team, perform assessments as per unit standards and document on appropriate database/assessment flow sheet. Initiates, utilizes and documents appropriate protocols and standards of care. Administers medication and treatments as prescribed by the physician. ICU is a 12 bed Med/Surg/Cardiac ICU. McKesson/Parragon charting experience preferred.
