NURSE MANAGER – CRITICAL CARE Salem, NJ SALARY RANGE: $80,000 -$90,000 Located in the Salem, NJ area is our client Hospital who is ready to hire a NURSE MANAGER with CRITICAL CARE experience to coordinate the care for the patients in this unit. In addition to working closely with both the patient and their family, you will be part of the team of medical staff and administrative staff to ensure that the health and care of the patients are met through theory and evidence-based interventions. Utilizing nursing research and improving clinical practices based upon your research will be a key role in achieving optimum care. Your area of responsibilities will include conducting research activities and developing areas within several specialties. QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE: • BSN required; MSN preferred • Must have at least 2 years of CCU/ICU nursing experience • Must have at least 1 year of nurse educator experience • Must have a current and in good standing New Jersey RN license • ACLS and PALS required COMPENSATION PACKAGE INCLUDES: • Salary Range of: $80K-$90K • Flexible Spending Accounts • Medical / Dental / Vision Insurance • Pet Insurance • 401k Match • Generous PTO • Tuition Reimbursement • Life Insurance & Disability insurance
