Job Description
Registered Nurse (RN) ICU - Full Time
Shift: Days or Nights available.
Requirements:
Two years of experience as an RN, one year in the area of application preferred.
BLS, ACLS certifications.
Current NM State license.
Compensation:
$27 Minimum-$31 Midpoint-$35 Maximum (20 year)
Moving reimbursement up to $3,000 (out of state) with original receipts.
$15,000 Sign-On Bonus.
Sign-On Bonus payout:
- $3,750.00 The pay period after successfully completing 90 days of employment.
- $3,750.00 The pay period after the completion of 1 year.
- $3,750.00 The pay period after the completion of 1.5 years.
- $3,750.00 The pay period after the completion of 2 years.
Shift differential rate:
Shift 2 evening – 6%
Shift 3 night 12%
Shift 4 weekend day 10% (fri/sat/sun)
Shift 5 weekend evening 16%
Shift 6 weekend night 22%
