Job Description

Medcare Staffing is actively recruiting a Registered Nurse for Director of Critical Care ICU perm position in Texas!

Come join a fast growing hospital with outstanding heart and cancer care, general surgery, neurosurgery, inpatient/ outpatient rehabilitation services and many more! You will facilitate and coordinate the delivery of patients. Provide leadership and responsibility to clinical patient care. Be the liaison between physicians and the patient care team. Assess and prioritize opportunities to improve, plan, and implement effective changes.

Start date: as soon as credentialed and accepted
Shift: full time no weekends
Requirements:
CV
Copy of TX state license
BLS
BSN
3 years recent RN acute care experience
3 references

Preferred: Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field; 1-year management experience as a charge RN, clinical care manager/supervisor, or manager.
